ABC's fall line-up and Cut shows....

bye bye Brian....
What About Brian? has NOT been picked up for another season. Too bad, I thought this was a pretty cute show. Not great by any means, just entertaining for an hour. oh well....Rosanna Arquette continues her quest for a show that will get picked up for more than 2 seasons.

The network canceled the comedies "George Lopez" "Help Me Help You" and "Knights of Prosperity." "What About Brian" did not make the cut, and ABC is still debating the future of "According to Jim," while leaving it off the fall schedule.

A new show based on those dumb ass Geico commercials with the cavemen is in the works, that should suck ass.

the big O has a new primetime show called the Big Give....like she needs more publicity.

my boy Michael Vartan is in a new show with hottie Dylan McDermott called Big Shots about dysfunctional corporate CEO's

"Cashmere Mafia" .....4 women, friends since college, juggling their personal and professional lives in NYC....hmmm...sound familiar?......NBC's got one about 3 chicks with the same situation....all depends on the casting where these shows will go.

James Patterson is expanding his skills to include television writing with "Women's Murder Club".

"Sam I Am" with Christina Applegate....bout time they got her back into tv.

The rest of the networks will be releasing their line ups within the next few weeks...stay tuned.

RIP GG

kudos spoilerfix.com:
05/03 - After weeks of talks aimed at bringing the show back for a limited run next season, the CW and Warner Bros. TV have decided to wrap production on the quirky dramedy that focused on fast-talking femmes. [The series], now in its seventh season, will air its final episode May 15. CW and WBTV released a joint statement noting the passing Thursday morning. "Announcing the final season of Gilmore Girls is truly a sad moment for everyone at The CW and Warner Bros. Television," statement read. "This series helped define a network and created a fantastic, storybook world featuring some of television's most memorable, lovable characters."

Work Out

Kleenex made a fortune off of me watching this episode. I don't know if I'll be able to watch next week. Even with knowing the outcome I was overcome with sadness at Peeler's reaction to Doug's impending death. Losing a friend is the worst kind of pain, my heart goes out to him. RIP, Doug.

bye bye Gilmore....

I'm about to check online for the real description of what happened, why one of my favorite shows will not return for another year. Although the writing has not been the same since the departure of ASP, I still look forward to the L&R banter, quips, quotes and sarcasm.
Here's to hoping the finale will be as follows: (no spoilers, simply my wishes)
*Lorelai and Luke kiss passionately and live happily ever after
*Rory says no to Logan's proposal and gets a cool ass job somewhere away from Stars Hollow
*Lane's hubby becomes a rock god
*Luke asks Lorelai to go on that sailing trip with him and the last scene is them sailing off into the sunset.
"oh Luke, I Love You and want to spend the rest of my life with you!- on one condition- take off that damn hat!!"

the Addison Show

o.k., I was totally psyched up for this 2 hour event with the unleashing of a brand new series helmed by my fav grey's character Addison Montgomery. about 35 minutes into the show I was ready for bed. zzzzz. what a lame beginning. But I guess all shows have to start out somewhat lame in order to build characters and crap like that. I did perk up when Tim Daly leaned in for the tongue kiss and Addy almost fell to her knees. That was kinda hot. All in all...not excited for the new series. I give it a year. meanwhile....back up north with the doc's we all know and love....Cristina finds a dress, and they somehow both end up unexpectedly happy and calm. I'm sure that will be temporary. Izzie assures Callie that she's fine being in a wedding with her, but then breaks down with George and basically begs him not to leave the hospital, which ends in them making out. But the worst news is saved for last- Susans complications continue to get worse, until they need to rush her into surgery. Meredith has the task of having to tell her father that his wife is dead, and he responds by slapping her and basically blaming her for what happened. She copes by doing tequila shots with Izzie and Alex which Derek sees them doing from the window. he ends up walking away instead of going inside. So just when it looked like Meredith's life was finally starting to come together and be a little bit happy, it begins to fall apart again just about as horribly as always.
